Where We Ship
We currently ship within Hong Kong only.

Processing Time

Orders are currently processed in 1-2 days and we aim to get it in your hands within 3 days. Please reach out to us directly should you need your order to be fulfilled quickly. We will try our best to support you: hikeshongkong@gmail.com
Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery Time

We ship with SF Express, and delivery typically takes 1 day after fulfillment.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on SF Express processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 1-6 hours to appear in the SF Express system.

Split Shipments

We currently have a separate printing partner. Prints will arrive separately.
Your order will reflect the different tracking numbers.
